Terms of Service

By using TakiPlus (the Telegram Mini App at t.me/sociboost_bot and the web application at app.takiplus.com; collectively the "Service", "Platform", or "TakiPlus"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is not offered to users under 18. By creating an account you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

TakiPlus is a social media growth (SMM) platform. Users earn an in-app virtual currency called Coins through daily tasks, a spin wheel, streak bonuses, mini-games, ad viewing, and rewarded surveys via partner networks. Users spend Coins on social media services (followers, likes, views, subscribers, comments across 50+ platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Telegram), on digital gift cards (Steam Wallet, Netflix, Apple, Google Play), and on game top-ups.

Coins are not money. They cannot be redeemed for cash, do not constitute a security, and are not a gambling instrument. The spin wheel, randomised daily rewards and mini-games on the Platform do not constitute betting or games of chance under Turkish Law No. 7258 (Law on Regulation of Betting and Games of Chance in Football and Other Sports Competitions); users do not stake real money and do not win real money.

Each natural person may create at most one (1) account. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide at sign-up (name, email, phone, etc.) and for keeping your credentials confidential.

TakiPlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate, without prior notice, accounts it detects engaging in multi-accounting, identity falsification, fake referrals, or automated access. Upon termination, any remaining Coins or accumulated rewards are non-refundable.

You must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or any automated access
• Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent regional restrictions
• Create multiple accounts or use false identities
• Generate fake referrals or inauthentic engagement
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass security mechanisms
• Post illegal content, hate speech, or harassment in chat rooms
• Attempt to exchange Coins for cash or goods off-platform
• Use SMM services in a way that violates the destination platform's rules (e.g. Instagram's policy against inauthentic engagement) — responsibility rests with you

SMM services are fulfilled through third-party SMM panel providers contracted by TakiPlus. Accordingly:

• Delivery speed is not guaranteed; an estimated average is shown on each service page.
• Delivered quantities may drop due to cleanups by the destination platform (e.g. Instagram removing fake followers). Where a service is marketed with a drop-replacement guarantee, replacements are made per the service page's terms.
• Orders that cannot be fulfilled for technical reasons are refunded in full to your Coin balance.
• Completed services are not refundable in Telegram Stars or cash; any accommodation will be issued in Coins.

Coin is a utility token, not a currency, and not redeemable for cash. Coins:

• Are not a security, payment instrument, or cryptocurrency.
• May be transferred between users only through official Platform features (e.g. invites, gifts).
• Do not currently expire; TakiPlus reserves the right to introduce an expiry with reasonable prior notice.
• "Earn X Coins" reward offers are advertising / loyalty activities, not gambling offers.

Purchases made via Telegram Stars (Coin packages, subscriptions) constitute delivery of a digital service. Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends the moment performance of a digital service begins (i.e. the moment Coins are credited to your account). Refund requests for unstarted deliveries may be sent to destek@takiplus.com.

TakiPlus relies on and shares data with the following third parties: Telegram Messenger LLP (identity, bot messaging), Google LLC (OAuth and ads), Apple Inc. (OAuth — forthcoming), Twilio Inc. and NetGSM (SMS verification), Ezoic Inc. (display advertising), BitLabs GmbH and TheoremReach Inc. (rewarded surveys), TON Connect (wallet linking), external SMM panel providers, and Monetag / Adsgram / RichAds (Telegram Mini App only). Full list and transfer purposes are described in the Privacy Policy.

TakiPlus is not responsible for third-party service outages or data practices. When you interact with a partner service (e.g. completing a survey), the partner's own terms apply.

The TakiPlus brand, logo, UI, code, game mechanics, and database structure — and all associated intellectual property rights — are owned by TakiPlus. You retain ownership of content you upload (chat messages, profile data, usernames) and grant TakiPlus a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use that content to provide and promote the Service.

The Service is provided "as is". TakiPlus disclaims all express and implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, and data integrity.

Without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules, TakiPlus's total aggregate liability to you, excluding indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages, is capped at the amount you paid via Telegram Stars over the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Turkish consumer protection rights under Law No. 6502 remain unaffected.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TakiPlus, its partners and personnel against third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or use of SMM services in a way that violates destination platforms' rules.

TakiPlus may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice upon breach of Terms, abuse, suspected fraud, or legal necessity. In such cases, remaining Coins and rewards are forfeited.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings; deletion clears Coins and rewards, which cannot be restored. Retention of deleted account data is described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Central Courts and Enforcement Offices; for users qualifying as consumers, the right to apply to Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees under Law No. 6502 is preserved.

TakiPlus may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and via Telegram bot message in advance; continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
