Profile, shop and troubleshooting in TakiPlus Mini

The profile screen is the control panel for your TakiPlus Mini account: balance, level, wallet, email settings and full transaction history. The shop sells appearance only. This guide explains every setting, where each cosmetic shows up, what the Ad-Free Pass does not remove, and how to work through the most common problems.

The profile screen in TakiPlus Mini is the control panel for your account: coin balance, level and XP, equipped cosmetics, wallet, email settings, and the full record of every coin that entered or left. The cosmetic shop sits one tap away and sells appearance only, meaning badges, name colors, avatar frames and titles. When something looks wrong, the order of checks is almost always the same: read your transaction history first, reopen the app second, contact support third.

This guide covers what each profile setting does, what the shop sells and where each item shows up, what the Ad-Free Pass removes and does not remove, and a troubleshooting table for the seven problems people hit most. If you just installed the app, the getting started guide covers the screens assumed here.

What does the profile screen show?

Open it from the profile button in the bottom navigation bar. The identity card sits at the top: your avatar inside your equipped frame, your name in your equipped color, your equipped badge beside it, your title underneath, then your level and XP bar. If your level unlocks a permanent order discount, the discount chip appears here, with the level that unlocks the next one below it. The XP, levels and leaderboard guide explains how those numbers are earned.

Below are two stat tiles: your coin balance and your user ID. The user ID is the permanent identifier of your account and the first thing support asks for. Under the tiles sit your follower and following counts, and tapping either opens that list.

What do the cards on the profile screen do?

The rest of the screen is a list of cards, each opening a separate screen or setting.

CardWhat it does
WalletConnected Solana and TON wallets, Diamond balance and the payout screen in one place. The card reads "Solana · TON · USDT/USDC payouts". Wallets are connected only here.
Link your emailAttaches a verified email address. Once linked, the card shows that address.
Cosmetic ShopBadges, name colors, frames and titles, bought with coins.
My AchievementsBadges you have earned, plus the conditions for the rest.
Transaction HistoryThe full record of your coin and Diamond movements.
Help & FAQFrequently asked questions, grouped by category.
Email PreferencesPick which emails you want to receive.
Remove AdsAd-Free Pass packages, plus the days left if a pass is active.
Terms of Service / Privacy PolicyThe legal pages. The support email address is printed on both.

The Wallet card is where payouts start, but the payout rules covering minimums, Diamond conversion and the connected-wallet requirement live in the withdrawal guide.

Can you change the interface language in the Mini App?

No. Inside the Telegram Mini App the interface runs in English only and the language card is hidden on purpose. The Mini App is built for a global audience, so every screen, email and notification for it is written in English. This is a product decision rather than a missing translation, so there is no setting to change.

What does linking an email do?

Linking an email attaches a verified address to your account. Tapping the email card opens a two-step flow: type your address, receive a six-digit code, enter the code. The address is not written to your account until the code is verified, so a mistyped address never sticks. If the code does not arrive, you can resend it after a one-minute wait.

A linked address does three things. It makes account recovery possible, it enables notifications for events such as badges, prizes, referral milestones and missed daily rewards, and if the linking reward is switched on it credits coins the moment verification completes. The card shows whether that reward is active and how much it pays.

One address links to one account only. Dotted and tagged Gmail spellings count as the same mailbox, so a single inbox cannot cover two accounts. Disposable addresses, shared role addresses such as info@, domains that do not accept mail, and previously bounced addresses are all rejected, each with its own message on screen. Changing your address later has a waiting period, and the card tells you when you may.

How do email preferences work?

The Email Preferences card opens six independent toggles: welcome series, weekly recap, comeback reminders, daily reminder, event notifications, and announcements and campaigns. Turning one off leaves the rest untouched, and if you previously opted out of everything, switching any toggle back on re-subscribes you. These preferences cover bulk and reminder mail only. Verification codes and password resets are always sent, because without them you cannot use your account.

How do public profiles and following work?

Every account has a public profile, opened by tapping a name on the leaderboard, in a follower list or in your referral list. It shows the name, level and XP, equipped cosmetics, earned badges, referral count, streak count, last week's leaderboard rank, and follower and following counts. Coin balance, email address and order history are never public.

Following pays both sides once: the first time you follow someone you receive 5 coins and they receive 2. The reward is granted on the first follow only. Unfollowing and following the same person again creates no new coins, because the original record is remembered, which makes farming a follow list pointless.

How do you read your transaction history?

Transaction history is the record of every coin movement, opened from the History card. It has two tabs. In Coins, each row is one transaction: green with a plus sign is an earning, red with a minus sign is a spend, the title names what it was (a service, a cosmetic, a reward) and the date says when it happened. Diamonds is a separate ledger, because Diamonds are automatic cashback on coin spending and never change your coin balance; each row names the spend it came from.

This screen is the definitive check on whether a reward reached your account. The balance at the top of the app updates optimistically so it feels instant while you play; the history is the server record itself. When the two disagree, the history is correct.

What does the shop sell and where does it show up?

The cosmetic shop sells appearance and accepts coins only. There are four item types.

TypeWhat it doesWhere it appears
BadgeAdds a small symbol next to your nameYour profile, your public profile, the leaderboard, follower lists
Name colorRenders your name in the color you choseYour profile, your public profile, the leaderboard
FrameDraws an animated ring around your avatarYour profile, your public profile, the leaderboard
TitlePlaces a short label under your nameYour profile, your public profile

Every item carries a rarity, from common through rare and epic to legendary, but rarity only sets the color and label on the card and not the effect. Price is not derived from rarity either: each item is priced individually and the price is printed on the buy button.

Buying has two steps and the second is the one people skip. A purchased item is permanently yours but is not equipped automatically; press Equip on its card to make it visible. Only one item per type can be worn at a time, so equipping a second frame removes the first. Unequip takes an item off without removing ownership, so you can put it back later at no cost.

No item in the shop changes your earnings, your order speed, your reward odds or your leaderboard position. All of them are visual. We say that plainly because a screen full of rarity labels invites the assumption that a legendary badge pays better. To convert coins into a concrete outcome, read the order guide instead. Buying a cosmetic also pays Diamond cashback on the coins you spent, shown as its own row in the Diamonds tab.

What does the Ad-Free Pass do, and what does it not do?

The Ad-Free Pass is bought from the Remove Ads card on the profile screen and paid for with Telegram Stars, not coins. Passes are cumulative: buying another one while a pass is active extends the expiry from the current end date instead of resetting it, and the card shows the days remaining.

The pass removes interruptive advertising. That means full-screen interstitials between screens, pop-up and vignette ads, in-app pop-ups triggered while you browse, and the embedded banner slots inside screens such as profile, shop and history.

It does not remove rewarded ads on the Earn page, and the purchase screen says so before you buy. That is deliberate: a rewarded ad is an earning route rather than an interruption, since you choose to watch it and finishing it credits coins. Removing them would take away a way to earn. Rewarded video is capped at four per day per account on the UTC day, with a two-hour wait between them that drops to one hour while a coin booster is active. For the economics behind that model, see how rewarded ad earning works.

The most common problems and how to fix them

Each row below gives the symptom, the likely cause, the step you take first, and what to do if that step does not resolve it.

SymptomLikely causeWhat you doIf that fails
Coins missing from your balanceThe balance display updates optimistically, so a reward can be recorded on the server while the screen is staleOpen transaction history and look for the row in the Coins tab; if it is there, close and reopen the appIf no row exists at all, note the time, the screen and what you did, then send it to support
A reward will not claimThe cooldown has not expired, the daily allowance is used up, or the account is restrictedRead the countdown and the daily counter on the button itself and wait out any running timerCopy the error text word for word and send it to support
An order is not progressingThe order reached the provider and delivery is queued, or the target account is private or the link is wrongFind the order row in history, then confirm the target account is public and the link is correctSend the row date, the service name and the target link to support
The same service cannot be ordered againA one-hour wait applies per service, per accountWait an hour, or pick a different service for the same platformIf more than an hour has passed, report the service name and your last order time
The app will not sign you inIt was opened from a stale or forwarded link, so the signed launch payload from Telegram is missing or expiredClose the Mini App fully and reopen it from the bot chat rather than an old or forwarded linkIf reopening from the bot still fails, send your Telegram client version and your user ID if you know it
A screen will not load or stays blankStale in-app cache, an outdated Telegram client, or a dropped connectionClose and reopen the Mini App, update Telegram, then retry on a different networkSend your device model, operating system, Telegram version and the time it happened
A cosmetic was bought but does not showThe item was purchased but never equippedPress Equip on that item's card in the shop, then reopen the profile screenIf the purchase row exists but the item still shows as buyable, send the item name to support

The first column doubles as a diagnostic order. Transaction history is always the first place to look, because the balance display is an estimate and the history is the record. Reopening the Mini App from the bot chat is the second, because a stale launch payload is the most common cause of a screen that loads but behaves as if you are not signed in.

What should you include when you contact support?

The support email address is printed on the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages, both linked from the profile screen. Sending all of the following in one message usually resolves the case in a single round trip.

  1. Your user ID, the number shown with a hash sign in the stat tile on your profile.
  2. The email address linked to your account, ideally writing from that address.
  3. The date and time of the problem, including your time zone.
  4. The screen you were on: profile, shop, order, wallet or history.
  5. The full error text, copied word for word rather than summarized.
  6. The title and date of the relevant transaction history row, or a clear note that there is none.
  7. For order problems, the service name and the target link.
  8. Your device, operating system and Telegram client version.
  9. A screenshot, ideally showing the balance and the error in the same frame.

Never share your password, a verification code or a wallet recovery phrase. Support will not ask for any of them, so a request for those means you are not talking to support. The pattern is common enough that we covered it in how to spot earning app scams.

If your question is about how the product works rather than something being broken, the Help and FAQ screen on your profile groups answers by category and can go deeper than the table above. The questions below cover what readers ask most after this guide.

Frequently asked questions

My reward did not reach my balance. What should I check first?

Open transaction history from the History card on your profile and look for the matching row in the Coins tab. The balance number at the top of the app updates optimistically so the interface feels instant, while the transaction history is the server record itself. If the row exists, your balance is correct and closing and reopening the app will refresh the display. If no row exists at all, note the time, the screen you were on and what you did, then send that to support.

Why is the cosmetic I bought not showing on my profile?

Buying and equipping are two separate steps. Once bought, the item is permanently yours, but it is not put on automatically. Press Equip on its card in the shop to make it visible. Only one item per type can be worn at a time, so equipping a second frame removes the first. Unequip takes an item off without removing your ownership, so you can put it back at any time without paying again.

Do cosmetic items make you earn more coins?

No. Badges, name colors, frames and titles are purely visual. They do not change your earnings, your order speed, your reward odds or your leaderboard position. The rarity label only controls the color of the card, not the effect of the item. Buying a cosmetic does pay automatic Diamond cashback on the coins you spent, and that cashback is tracked in its own ledger under the Diamonds tab of your transaction history.

Does the Ad-Free Pass remove rewarded ads?

No, and the purchase screen states this before you buy. The pass removes interruptive advertising: full-screen interstitials, pop-up and vignette ads, in-app pop-ups and embedded banner slots inside screens. Rewarded ads on the Earn page keep working, because they are an earning route rather than an interruption. You choose to watch one and finishing it credits coins, so removing them would take away a way to earn.

Can I switch the app to another language?

Not inside the Telegram Mini App. The Mini App runs in English only and the language card is deliberately hidden there, because the Mini App is built for a global audience and every screen, email and notification for that audience is written in English. This is a product decision rather than a missing translation, so there is no setting to change and no workaround inside the app.

Why can I not order the same service again right away?

A one-hour wait applies per service, per account. It exists to stop repeat orders piling onto the same target, which causes problems both on the provider side and for the visibility of the account you are boosting. During the wait you can still place an order on a different service, since the limit is tied to the specific service rather than being a general block on your account.

What information does support need to solve a problem quickly?

Send your user ID, the email linked to your account, the date and time with your time zone, the screen you were on, the full error text copied word for word, the title and date of the relevant transaction history row, and your device, operating system and Telegram version. For order problems add the service name and the target link. A screenshot showing the balance and the error in the same frame helps most.
